AC Butchery is a family owned business with owners Angela & Carlo (AC) Colaiacomo with help from Son Arnaldo, daughter Licia and nephews Joe Drago and Adriano Bestulic, they are bring food alive to their stores around Sydney. Also in 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, & 2009, AC Butchery was awarded the Inner West small Business award for Best Butcher, voted by its customers. Also in 2007 AC Butchery was awarded from the Inner West Courier a GOLD award for out standing Business. In 2003 Carlo Colaiacomo was honoured a place in the FOOD HALL OF FAME for the Sydney Morning Herald's Sydney Magazine for his excellence in Sydney's food industry. In 2004 Leichhardt Chamber of commerce also awarded AC Butchery with the Ludwing Leichhardt Chamber of Commerce award. In 2007 C arlo Colaiacomo recieved a award from the CIRA (Council of Italian Restaurant in Australia) for his contribution in the food and restaurant Industry. A real Honour.
